BMW Sales Advisor

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a BMW Sales Advisor to join our team and assist customers in finding the perfect BMW vehicle to meet their needs. The Sales Advisor will build relationships with clients, guide them through the sales process, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of BMW vehicles or a willingness to learn about them
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and identify their preferences and vehicle needs
- Provide information about BMW models, features, and options
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and accompanying accessories
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and meet revenue targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and dealership promotions

**Additional Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales systems.
