• Cooking experience
• Able to meet all scheduling commitments
• Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
• Strong attention to detail

Strive to develop high quality, innovative, and creative offerings

- All aspects of banquet catering, food preparation and food displays

- Assist with food and beverage service during events

- Ensure a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas

- Collaborate with the kitchen and catering team to ensure smooth event execution

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
