Cabazon Client Advisor - Key Holder

The Etro Full-Time Sales Associate creates an exceptional client experience and cultivates client relationships while achieving/ exceeding their individual and store goals.

This position may also involve Key Holder responsibilities including opening and closing of store

· Engage with clients in accordance with the ETRO selling and service standards

· Achieve and exceed sales goals, KPI’s, client development and retention goals

· Develop and foster long lasting client relationships through CRM

· Maintain company visual standards

· Proactively follow-up with client sales, consignments, shipments, and holds

· Develop and maintain product knowledge

· Support in inventory preparation and execution

· Properly maintain the selling floor, back of house, and all merchandise

· Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and directives

· Partner with all employees in the store to maintain a collaborative work environment

· Additional responsibilities as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Qualifications:

· 2+ years experience in luxury retail

· Proven track record of successful sales generation, building and developing client relations

· Results driven and customer focused

· Strong verbal and written communication skills are required

· Demonstrate strong initiative and motivation as a self-starter

· Must have strong attention to detail, organized, and work well with others

· Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)?
