Job Description
The Medve Group, Inc. has an immediate need for a hands-on working Maintenance Supervisor at Margeaux Metairie Apartments. This position will guide and perform various maintenance related duties necessary to upkeep and enhance the value of our 123 unit multi-family community.
Duties:
• Effectively lead by example and manage maintenance crew
• Prepare units to move-in ready condition
• Performs various community maintenance functions
• Responds to resident service requests and issues
• Maintain activity log
• Reports any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager
Requirements:
• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
• 1+ years supervisory experience is preferred but not required
• MUST be able and willing to work hands-on alongside the maintenance crew
• Assist with on-call responsibilities
• HVAC certified is a MUST
