POSITION SUMMARY:
The VillaKids Lead Associate works under the general direction of the VillaKids Director to ensure smooth program operations. The VillaKids Lead Associate will provide operational expertise to the department and train staff on programs, policies and procedures and systems. Programs may include Childcare, Parents Night Out, Camp Days, and Summer Camps. The VillaKids Lead Associate will supervise department operations in the VillaKids Directors absence.

- $14.42-$16.55 hourly, based on relevant experience to the role.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience supervising child care programs or activities
- Knowledge of childrens development
- Ability to implement childrens curriculum and programs
- Experience providing staff training and guidance
- Technology
- Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and MS Teams
- Experience with transactional (POS) systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills, energetic, enthusiastic and motivational
- High standards in ethics and service
- College degree in related fieldpreferred
- Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR certification required within 90 days of hire date
- Occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting of weights up to 40 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing and balancing
