Senior HVAC Technician- Residential & Commercial

West Country Heating & Air of Hesperia, California is looking to hire a full-time Senior HVAC Service Technician to go into our clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance. We offer our senior HVAC technicians $25-$40/hr depending on certifications and experience, as well as annual bonuses based on performance and monthly commissions based on sales. QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of residential &/OR commercial HVAC service technician experience
• Nate Certification or equivalent is a bonus
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Clean and neat appearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hard-working and motivated
