Safety & Environmental Administrator
Looking for an experienced Safety & Environmental Administrator who is detailed oriented with strong documentation and exceptional communication skills. A motivated self-starter that is goal orientated and completes tasks quickly and efficiently with the ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.

- Location: Englewood, CO
- Salary range: $49,000 – $50,000 based on Education and Experience
- Hours: Monday – Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support hardware service team by managing cloud browser-based safety applications (Browz, ISNet World, Sphera, TAPPISafe, DISA) and documentation that demonstrate our service team members meet the site-entry safety requirements to complete scheduled contracted services.
- Work directly with customers to verify our safety programs and OSHA records meet their requirements and continual evolving requirements.
- Tracking personnel site hours to meet Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) above ground regulations.
- Assess, track and schedule individual safety training to meet yearly goals and site entry requirements.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Other responsibilities include reviewing contract specifications and requirements, occasionally creating service proposals, and completing instruments quality assurance tests report.
- This position requires rare occasional travel, which will be no more than 10% of the time.
Education and/or Experience
- Associate degree (AA/AS) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school, four-year occupational safety degree a plus.
- Three to five years of related experience and/or training.
- Proficiency and working knowledge of: Browz, ISNet World, Sphera, TAPPISafe, DISA safety programs.
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Dynamics CRM.
- Ability to control and resolve high pressure situations quickly and efficiently.
