The hotel is located at 192 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC 28801.

The Role:

As a Restaurant Server, you’re not just taking orders – you’ll be essential to ensuring our guests receive an extraordinary dining experience during their stay.

What You'll Do:

• Provide attentive and personalized service to our guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Showcase your knowledge of the menu, offering recommendations and guiding guests through their dining journey.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that each dish is prepared to perfection.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain a well-organized dining area, ensuring that it's clean and set up for a memorable experience.
• Embrace the challenge of ensuring guests' satisfaction while working in a dynamic dining setting.
