Duties

Daily Deposits for dealerships

Balancing Register daily 

Posting Parts & Service Daily Outside Vendor Invoices for dealerships

Working Past Due, CC and Warranty Schedules & posting corrections 

Issue Monthly Statements for Parts & Service Customers 

Scanning Parts and Service Daily invoices into CDK

Will assist Service & Parts Managers with various administrative issues 

Duties will be for all stores unless indicated in personal interview

Requirements

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with basic computer programs (Excel & Accounting a plus) 
2+ years of experience working in a dealership, preferably with service or warranties
