Downtown regional firm is looking to hire an experienced litigation paralegal to work in office. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Reviewing and summarizing medical records in preparation of depositions, mediations, and IMEs.
- Conducting pre-claim investigations, research, and initial case assessments.
- Reviewing and cite checking pre-trial motions and memoranda.
- Preparing exhibits, exhibit lists, deposition designations, and witness materials for trial.
- Managing and organizing electronic documentation from opposing counsel and clients
- Assisting with document reviews, redactions, labeling and quality control of productions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in a similar role.
