SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Supervises and oversees the day-to-day operation of the assigned services of the CCSS Program. Ensures contract requirements are adhered to. Backup to direct service staff when not available. Plans, organizes, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the services provided. Select and appraise personnel; conduct performance evaluations. Completes required reports. Available after hours and weekends for referral, crisis response, and back up as needed. Ensures fidelity of the Intensive Home-Based Services model.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a closely related field and at least four (4) years of experience as a HOMEBUILDERS® therapist and 2 years of years of supervisory experience.
  • OR Masters' Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency in psychology, social work, counseling, and 2 years' experience working with children and families.

EXPERIENCE

  • Masters' Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency in psychology, social work, counseling, and 2 years as a HOMEBUILDERS® therapist.
  • Supervisory and administrative experience a must.
  • Requires experience working with at-risk families.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • Experienced in managing multiple priorities.
  • Good written and verbal skills.
  • Assuming or assigning responsibility for work.
  • Ensure service delivery is performed according to organization's mission statement, policy and procedures, and service philosophies.
  • Provides in-service trainings.
  • Competent in assessing the needs of participants.
  • Familiar with resources to support participants and the legal and/or policy requirements governing service deliveries.
  • Professional leadership.
