Responsibilities:The agent partner supports an Area Director / Expansion Partner with the following activities:
- Show Properties
- Helps coordinate contractor bids and estimates for listings
- Support field work (lockboxes and signs)
- Meets photographers/stagers/ contractors at properties
- Attends Home Inspections
- Prospects for business as part of their duties
- You complete tasks quickly and efficiently
- You are familiar with CRMs
- Your key skills are excellent communication, organization, and time management
