HVAC Installation Team Member- Commercial & Residential

West County Heating & Air is hiring for a full-time HVAC Installation Team Member- Commercial & Residential to perform quality installations on new construction, retrofit, and tenant improvement projects. This position comes with a competitive $35/hr depending on certifications and experience.

We also provide excellent benefits such as 3 days PTO accrued after 90 days, 5 vacation days accrued after 1 year of service, medical, dental, and paid training.

HVAC INSTALLATION TECH / COMMERCIAL INSTALLER QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ Years of Residential installation OR
• 4+ years of Commercial installation- including sheet metal duct installation and fabrication
• Ability to read blueprints and follow plans
• Verifiable experience in the HVAC industry
• Relevant education and certifications
• Previous experience with residential installs
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
