Job Position Description:
This position is responsible for creating clean, healthy environment for our customer in a medical facility by use of antibacterial cleaning agents, use of required personal protective equipment, by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Shift is Saturday and Sunday only, 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. or 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. (3hrs), $16.00hr. Medical Cleaning, duties include, but not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Cleaning of lobby, exam rooms, offices, break room and common area
• Sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning, interior windows, dusting, surface cleaning
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE where required
• Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
• 1 years experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required, will receive training.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time.
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect.
• Language (English) or ability to use translation software
• Report any work equipment or customer property (sinks, doors, etc) that are broken.
• Shift starts at 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. or 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., $16.00 hr., Saturday & Sunday only. This is a medical facility located on Polaris Parkway that takes patients.
