General Manager – Pizza/Sub Franchise
Columbiana County, OH
Are you interested in an opportunity to operate your own restaurant; however, you don’t have the investment capital? You provide the “sweat equity,” and we will provide the financial resources to start up.
We are looking for the right individual that possesses the following qualities:
Experienced in managing a pizza restaurant, Professional, Mature, Hard-Working, Reliable, Committed, Self-Driven, Trustworthy, Accountable, and Leadership Expertise.
Compensation: Paid like a business partner:
- Earnings based off Monthly Gross Sales.
- Profit Sharing - Significant percentage of the company’s PL net profit.
Qualified individuals must pass a national criminal background check and 10 panel drug test. Skills Assessments in math, leadership, and customer service will be incorporated in the interview process.
