We are seeking an enthusiastic, focused, results-driven Account Manager to join our Elevated Equipment Supply team in Jackson MI. Your primary responsibilities:
Sales Excellence: Cultivate and expand profitable sales through robust customer relationships. Assist clients in problem-solving, project design, and pricing strategies, ensuring their needs are met at every step.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong connections through site visits and store meetings, seeking new business opportunities and nurturing existing partnerships.
Sales Support Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Managers and the Commercial Services Manager to generate leads, process orders efficiently, and coordinate fulfillment processes. Communicate schedules and strategies effectively.
Support Sales Functions: Drive profitability by recommending high-margin items, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and resolving product-related issues promptly. Foster relationships with vendors and maintain compliance with company guidelines.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven track record as an account manager or related roles, demonstrating advanced closing skills and exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an aptitude for project design and pricing strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, ensuring smooth order processing and superior customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen focus on client needs and relationship building.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards in sales practices and representing the company professionally.
- Leverage data analysis to refine sales strategies, identify trends, and seize untapped opportunities, contributing to informed decision-making and strategic growth.
- Cannabis industry knowledge a plus, including regulations, market trends, and key players.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
