Pay Rate:  $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, DOE, + $1.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift.

Schedule: 2nd shift: 2pm to 10pm. 
3rd Shift:  10pm to 6am.

What’s a typical day as a Press Operator? You’ll be:
• Operating continuous operations of molding machines/presses to produce products that meet requirements and specifications
• Removing finished or cured products from dies or molds using hand tools, air hoses, and other equipment
• Trimming excess material from parts to meet specifications
• Monitoring machine performance, identifying operating errors, and taking corrective action
• Assisting the Production Lead or Supervisor in meeting shift or departmental production goals
• Adhering to the company’s safety rules and quality standards
• Maintaining good housekeeping discipline in the work area
• Completing required documentation for shift production information
• Taking care of assigned machines to ensure safe operation
• Inspecting product for visual defects to confirm product quality
• Performing other duties or tasks as required

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 1-2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Have a minimum of a high school level of education
• Can read and comprehend written and verbal instructions
• Have mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate machines safely
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Have manual dexterity and a critical eye for details
• Have previous machine operations experience (preferred)
• Can handle moderate lifting, no greater than 50 lbs
• Have knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costs
• Are proficient in using tools like micrometers, calipers, and rulers
• Pay attention to detail and precision
