What’s a typical day as a Bid Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Working with Estimators to source subcontractors and request bids
• Entering subcontractor information into a custom database
• Coordinating the sending of blueprints to subcontractors
• Entering subcontractor pricing into the database
• Contacting mall managers and architects for information
• Scheduling site visits and requesting digital photos via email
• Tracking statistical data on subcontractors and jobs

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a professional and pleasant phone manner and are comfortable making outbound calls
• Possess strong computer skills, typing/data entry experience, email, and internet experience
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to work well with deadlines and in a team environment

Pay Rate/Hours:
Pay is based on experience, $18-19.00 to start. 
Temp-hire
8-5:00pm M-F onsite
