- Have an Associate’s degree (required) or Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred), preferably in business administration, finance, or a related area
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills

What’s a typical day like as a Project Coordinator? You’ll be:
- Working as part of a customer-facing team to manage aircraft engine repair projects
- Working with customers to coordinate inbound engine shipments, accessories, and parts
- Providing periodic status updates to customers and internal teams as engines progress through the repair process
- Manage all associated paperwork (physical and electronic) and CRM system updates
