**$7000 Sign On Bonus**

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, and consults with other specialists.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction and implementing a plan of care for patients.
• Conducts therapy practice within defined standards of care.
• Teaches patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques.
• Documents evaluations, treatment goals, and plans.
