1st Shift Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: $17.75/hr


As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers and business partners via telephone and email while monitoring the progress of deliveries. You will also handle customer complaints calmly and professionally and diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues. In addition, you will need to train in and understand warehouse processes to explain and relay information to customers effectively. The ideal candidate for this position will have 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse/logistics setting (including call center experience), proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, and strong customer service, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
