About this job
About who needs care: My mother has dementia. She enjoys puzzles, books and dancing. A day for my mom would be waking up around 8a, changing and having some tea and breakfast. Following that she will do some puzzle or read or watch tv. We try to take her for a walk around 4p and she may fall asleep watching tv around 8p or 9p.
About the care needs: A person with a firm, but fair attitude would be a good fit. The caregiver should have skills in getting her to bathe consistently, daily skin care and basic cleaning.
Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
