Office Clerk- ON SITE- Start ASAP

TEKsystems is looking to hire several Office Clerks to work for a client in Latham, NY.

This opening will look to start as soon as next Monday, April 15th!

This opportunity takes place in a smaller, fast paced office type environment and does have performance metrics involved.

Job Duties

• Opening/sorting/scanning mail
• Pulling of unknown documents while handling filing/sorting of documents consisting of 8–12-digit numbers
• Correcting documents when needed
• Assisting with administrative duties where needed
• Assisting production team on office floor when needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year of RECENT administrative/office experience
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to learn a new software/process quickly
• Ability to work independently

Hours

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay

19/hr.
