Logistics Analyst

What you get to do every single day

- Perform various administrative duties

- Heed guidelines for approving carriers

- Update and collaborate with inventory and sales management; warehouse; logistics for service changes

- Screen, track, and foster dispatch & progress of orders on time and to meet delivery requirements

- Approve freight bills and process bills of lading

- Follow-up with carriers, as necessary

-Coordinate with external warehouse managers to ensure that orders are shipped timely and received properly

- Willingness to be part of a team

- Experience with air/ ocean shipments

- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent a plus

- Customer Service experience a plus

- Must be familiar with Microsoft Applications and inventory control programs
