Job Title: OnlineSchool Psychologist in Louisiana(1099 Contract)
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Online School Psychologist in Louisianato join our team on a 1099 contract basis. As a Telehealth School Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students by providing psychological services remotely.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide recommendations for interventions and accommodations.
  • Provide virtual counseling and therapy services to students, addressing a range of psychological concerns and challenges.
  • Deliver remote consultation and guidance to teachers and parents on strategies to support student development and well-being.
  • Utilize telehealth technology and digital tools effectively to facilitate efficient and engaging remote sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of student progress and interventions.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Louisianastate licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Proven experience working as a School Psychologist, preferably in a telehealth or remote capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and best practices in school psychology.
  • Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and digital resources for remote service delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and fellow professionals.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • High level of professionalism, empathy, and cultural competence when working with a diverse student population.
