Kelly Services is now hiring for 1st shift, entry level Production Assembly roles! These are unique, temp to hire opportunities, for one of our clients in Asheville, North Carolina, manufacturing cutting edge devices for the medical industry!  No experience necessary as we offer incredible hands-on training, making this position perfect for entry level candidates as well as experienced candidates looking to take their assembly and manufacturing careers to the next level.  There are limited openings so please apply today!

Pay: $18.00 per hour - $27.00 per hour for all Overtime Hours!

Shift:  1st shift - Monday thru Friday - 6am until 2:30pm.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 6 months of manufacturing assembly experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be friendly, have good references and a stable work history.
  • Must have the ability to do repetitive work and lift 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to regularly twist, bend, walk and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must have reliable transportation. 
  • Must be able to use a wide range of hand tools, including, but not limited to the power drill, rivet gun & drill press.
  • Must be able to utilize the SAP computer program to enter product related data and track component serial numbers, production rates, physical location, etc.
