Physical Therapist

We are seeking a motivated skilled manual Physical Therapist to join our Evolve team! Come be a part of one of the most progressive sports and orthopedic practices in the middle Tennessee region. We offer an innovative practice that incorporates outpatient PT, personal training, group fitness, sports performance, and recovery all in one practice. We will be expanding to an new location in Nolensville, TN to be working directly with youth/collegiate/professional athletes.

Requirements:

• - Currently possess Physical Therapy License
• - Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• - Preferred minimum of one year of outpatient PT experience
• - Preferred DN1 Certified
• - Motivated individual seeking to work in an integrative outpatient PT practice

Responsibilities

• - Develop and implement progressive research based rehabilitative treatment programs
• - Work directly with patients to achieve maximum recovery and performance
• - Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
• - Record and document patient care services in a timely manner
• - Collaborate with all Evolve team members to achieve well-rounded care and incorporate other wellness disciplines within the practice

Qualifications:

• - Previous experience in outpatient sports/orthopedic PT
• - Experience in manual therapy treatment
• - Ability to handle physical workload
• - Ability to integrate treatment and communicate with personal trainers and strength coach
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 21+ years or older
• At least doctorate degree or higher
