We are looking for an energetic, creative, driven, and self-motivated Food & Beverage Director that will take ownership and to drive the performance of the Restaurant.
 
 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
 
The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for managing operations of all food and beverage outlets, delivering an excellent guest experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines. As the Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Manage all food and beverage outlet operations
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  • Maximize sales and revenue
  • Ensure compliance with company standards
  • Consistently deliver product and presentation based on established recipes and standards
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop the food and beverage team
  • Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food costs, liquor costs and payroll
  • Accountable for monthly food, beverage, equipment, and supplies inventories
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continued improvement
  • Ensure communication meetings are conducted
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Passion for service and the Food and Beverage industry 
  • A minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience. 
  • Knowledge and experience with forecasting, budgeting, inventory and Food & Beverage Cost, and labor management 
  • Ability to comply with all health department standards, including certifications
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
  • Attention to detail, efficiency, consistency, and organization are a must.  Must be able to multi-task
  • Reliability, flexibility, and ability to work nights, and weekends on a full-time basis
  • Ability to accurately handle money and credit card transactions
  • Must be a self-starter that is willing to motivate and develop team members.
