General Summary: This position provides comprehensive clerical support for all of the Quality Assurance department activities in a lean manufacturing environment.

Major Responsibilities:

Perform quality control review of completed batch sheets Create batch sheets as requested by process personnel and accurately program into WMS (Warehouse Management System) Maintains the batch stamps and batch books Ensures that manufacturing procedures and recipes (recipes are applicable only to the automated dental care manufacturing system) are in order and filed correctly. Maintain the file/transfile completed batch records as needed Is the Acting backup for the Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant in the absence of the Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant Assist the Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant with administrative tasks such as creating folders, file/transfile completed batch records, tracking/ following up for SOP's circulating for management approval, and distribution and filing of approved SOP's. Create / Review (if not the originator) product reconciliations Complete daily process batch accountabilities for Quality Assurance Adhere to department's Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures and JSA's Wear appropriate PPE and adhere to all safety procedures Participates in all job related safety training and personally complies with all safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean work environment Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Computer Skills:

Basic math skills Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong degree of accuracy. Must be detail oriented and organized. Actively participates and works successfully as a member of a team, or as an individual contributor. Ability to prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced work environment Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite, Windows-based applications). Knowledge of FDA and cGMP regulations

Education/Work Experience Required:

High School diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a GMP facility is preferred.
