The job

The Client Service Coordinator is an introductory position in the investment industry offering multiple career paths and long-term growth. As a CSC, your role is to support our consulting work by efficiently and accurately facilitating the compilation and distribution of client reports, projects and deliverables. You will be responsible for supporting an internal team of investment professionals while providing outstanding support to a variety of clients. This position is based in Portsmouth, NH.


What you'll do

  • Formatting, proofreading, editing, and assembling client communications, including quarterly reports, investment manager commentary, meeting materials, and special projects
  • Utilizing and maintaining planning and scheduling tools to efficiently perform tasks, including coordinating manager presentations, teleconferences, and scheduling client quarterly reports
  • Accurately maintaining the client investment committee lists; soliciting and gathering information quarterly from clients or as needed, along with updating applicable systems to ensure distribution lists are accurate
  • Supporting team members including offsite consultants and other teams to achieve an efficient and effective workflow process that exceeds client expectations
  • Assisting with and supporting ad hoc projects across the Client Services team and performing other related duties as assigned
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Finance, Business, Marketing or Communications preferred
  • One to three years of related work experience in a professional office environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, strict adherence to deadlines, and advanced problem-solving skills on a consistent basis
  • Must be a team player with effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading
