Job Description
- Creation of new work orders
- Efficient scheduling and coordination
- Deliver friendly and efficient service to customers
- Receive incoming requests for installation, screens them, gathers required information, and, follows established rules
- Reviews work order for any prevailing wage requirement
- Schedules and dispatches Technicians for installation, repair, and PMP jobs to best meet customer’s requirements
Minimum Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field preferred.
· 2+ years of experience with Customer Service or sales in a Service Center environment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
