Pay and Shift:
- Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience and shift
- Shifts:
- 1st shift: 6:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Thursday
- 2nd shift: 4:00pm - 2:30am, Monday - Thursday

What’s a typical day as a Production Associate? You’ll be:
- Operating machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with direct guidance
- Assisting in the teardown of high horsepower diesel engines
- Rotating employees through the disassembly of the engine, cleaning of the components, and inspection of the parts to prepare them for the next stage in production
- Installing fiberglass insulation and working with perforated sheet metal
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Are mechanically inclined, have experience working with engines, and are comfortable using hand tools
- Are able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50lbs consistently for an entire shift
- Pay close attention to detail and have the ability to learn and adapt to new skills
