Pay and Shift:
  • Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience and shift
  • Shifts: 
    • 1st shift: 6:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Thursday
    • 2nd  shift: 4:00pm - 2:30am, Monday - Thursday

What’s a typical day as a Production Associate? You’ll be:
  • Operating machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with direct guidance
  • Assisting in the teardown of high horsepower diesel engines
  • Rotating employees through the disassembly of the engine, cleaning of the components, and inspection of the parts to prepare them for the next stage in production
  • Installing fiberglass insulation and working with perforated sheet metal


This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Are mechanically inclined, have experience working with engines, and are comfortable using hand tools
  • Are able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50lbs consistently for an entire shift
  • Pay close attention to detail and have the ability to learn and adapt to new skills
