Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Why you should apply to be an Invoicing Specialist:
• Monday to Friday schedule, 8/9AM – 4/5PM
• Opportunity for extension and/or permanent position
What’s a typical day as an Invoicing Specialist? You’ll be:
• Processing invoices on a daily basis
• Escalating complex invoicing issues to experienced Invoicing Specialists
• Maintaining customer accounts, including invoice reconciliation and handling payment disputes
• Guiding clients on how to use company systems for the customer portal and making payments
Requirements:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have customer service experience
• Have any accounting/invoicing experience
• Have experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or related entry-level payables work (strongly preferred)
