Pharmacy Nurse- RN or LVN

 

• Must possess, as a minimum, a license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
• Must have as a minimum, three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or nursing care facility. 
• Coordinates resident pharmacy services and the timeliness of medication administration by monitoring pharmacy delivery and distribution of medication is timely and in compliance with all state/federal/VA regulations and Touchstone-Communities policies & procedures, while balancing cost vs care to meet the goals of Veteran Land Board and Touchstone Communities through optimizing systems efficiently.
