Responsibilities
- Ability to apply consecutive eyelash extension appointments during any given shift
- Educate the client about lash care and maintenance.
- Attend industry-related events, training, and product sessions
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked eyelash application room
- Be responsible with inventory/supplies/tools
- Create and apply client-specific, semi-permanent eyelash extensions and or eyelash lifts or tints.
- Build rapport - create a recurring client base for yourself
- Perform daily procedures/applications of our services to scheduled clients at the highest level of quality and care
- Sign up clients for touch-up (follow-up) appointments before leaving.
- EXPERIENCE: A current Cosmetology or Esthetics license is preferred, but a valid certification is acceptable. Prior experience working as a Lash Technician preferred, but not required for entry-level positions. Demonstrated proficiency in applying lash extensions.
- KNOWLEDGE: Strong understanding of lash extension techniques, products, and aftercare practices. Familiarity with different lash styles and shapes.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public
- Ability to engage and retain customers
- Ability to up-sell products and services
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Keen attention to detail and precision in lash application, ensuring consistent and high-quality results.
- COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and address their needs and concerns.
- PROFESSIONLISM: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times. Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
- FLEXIBILITY: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments and salon operations.
