Position: Full-Time Phlebotomist
Location: Scottsbluff VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Scottsbluff, NE

Clinic Overview:
The Scottsbluff VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is dedicated to providing essential healthcare services to the underserved Veteran population of Scottsbluff and surrounding regions. Operating during standard clinic hours from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), the clinic upholds the highest standards of care and service to honor our nation's veterans.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform phlebotomy procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure proper patient identification, labeling, and specimen collection.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
- Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures regarding safety and infection control.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to deliver exceptional patient care.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in phlebotomy.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and laboratory procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
