At Track Fitness Club we pride ourselves on being the premier private fitness facility in the heart of downtown Phoenix, offering a distinctive and unparalleled fitness experience. We are looking for a knowledgable strength and conditioning coach that can offer the same detailed attention we give to all of our members. The ideal candidate has a degree in Exercise Science or related field, a personal trainer certification from an accredited program, and at least 1 year of training experience.

The strength and conditioning coach is primarily responsible for conducting fitness assessments, creating individualized personal training programs, and successfully instructing clients on proper form.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness levels, goals, and limitations.
  • Creating personalized workout plans that are tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
  • Instructing clients on proper exercise techniques and ensuring they are performing exercises safely and effectively.
  • Providing motivation and support to help clients stay on track and achieve their fitness goals.
  • Monitoring clients' progress and making adjustments to workout plans as needed.
  • Educating clients on the importance of nutrition and helping them develop healthy eating habits.
  • Demonstrating exercises and equipment usage to clients.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workout environment.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research in order to provide the best possible training to clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred - Bachelors in Exercise Science or related field
  • Certified personal trainer from an accredited program
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a personal trainer
  • Ability to train at all fitness levels
  • Passion for helping people
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and other staff
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
