A Fast Casual Restaurant with a Seafood Concept in BOSTON, MA is seeking for an experienced General Manager to join the team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant manager experience (QSR/Fast Casual Experience preferred!)
- Strong financial acumen, including an understanding of P&Ls and COGs
- Required food handler certification
- Ability to handle shellfish / tolerate exposure to shellfish allergen
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/YR
- Performance-Based Bonus Program: Eligible for up to $2,000-$4,000 Quarterly or $8,000-$16,000 Annually. Eligibility is based on predetermined sales & EBITDA goals for your location.
