Financial Analyst

HFI has a new Hybrid opening in the Finance Department, to be located at our Gender Road location in Canal Winchester. The Financial Analyst position will report to the Director of FP&A and will be a key contributor, working closely with the HFI Accounting and Finance teams and partnering across functions. They will be responsible for managing multiple independent projects as well as serving as the Finance representative on cross-functional teams. and will provide meaningful performance insight and analysis to the business, drive efficiency, and deliver stated financial objectives. This is a highly visible role, with exposure to HFI senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a growth mindset. Previous finance experience preferred including: data analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

• High level of proficiency in Excel for automating reporting, processing large volume of data, and interfacing with corporate reporting systems

Professional Qualifications or Experience required to do the function:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred; MBA/CPA/CMA certification a plus
• 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment preferred, including preference for automotive experience
• Experience with an ERP system; Macola preferred
• Knowledge of US GAAP preferred
