Join our award-winning team at Intex Electrical Contractors! With over 40 years of experience and a commitment to quality, safety, and honest business practices, we’re looking for commercial / industrial electricians who are ready to do the unexpected.
Job Requirements:
- TDLR apprentice electrical license
- 2+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Basic electrical hand tools (tool list provided once hired)
- Verifiable electrical experience
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable transportation to jobsite
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to bend, stoop, crawl, climb, lift 51 pounds, and work overhead
- Possess good vision and hearing
- Ability to identify wire colors
- Must pass a background check and current drug screen.
Working conditions:
- May work indoors or outdoors with PPE
- Exposure to various weather conditions and work environments may apply
Electrical Experience:
- Be able to bend & Install EMT conduit proficiently
- Be able to perform wire pulls and terminations on switches and receptacles
- Be able to install and terminate commercial lighting of various types
- Be able to install wall rough materials, boxes, etc
- Have experience installing and terminating panels and other electrical equipment
