Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and welcoming receptionist, who is knowledgeable about working in a salon environment, to join our team!
As the receptionist for our salon, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet clients as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of clients throughout their salon visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive at the salon
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
- Social media content
Qualifications
- One or more years of customer service experience
- Previous experience as a salon receptionist
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
