A highly successful restaurant in Manalapan Township, NJ is looking for an experienced Chef to join our team. We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Culinary Leader, to strengthen the team in one of our top-performing locations. MUST have 3 years minimum experience in high volume Greek kitchen with focused skills and proven performance.

  • 3+ years of experience as a sous chef or similar role, leading a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead a team of awesome cooks, fostering a collaborative and inspiring kitchen environment.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring every plate is a work of art!
  • Optimize Operations: Forecast food consumption, maintain equipment efficiency, and manage food and labor costs to support financial success.
  • Must have current ServSafe certification
