Job Description
Infrastructure Support - (Network Engineering)
Work Location: Columbus, OH or Houston, TX (look for nearby Candidates, as the position required 3 days onsite in a week)
Hire Type: Long Term Contract W2
Please highlight in resume which shift (or open to both) candidate would need
A shift 7am-4pm EST
B shift 1pm-10pm EST
- Will need to work 1 weekend day
- Must have good Routing/Switching This is a Cisco shop
- Should have a Cisco cert or two (CCNA/CCNP expired is OK)
- Load Balancing/Firewalls MUST HAVE
- Must have good troubleshooting experience - Ethernet/Fortinet
- Firewall/DNS/Circuit Troubleshooting
- Should have good knowledge of Network Hardware (SNMP)
- Splunk/SevOne (as management tools)
- Should have experience in any scripting, like Python If they don't have any scripting they MUST be willing to learn Python is a huge plus
- Should have experience in any Automation Tools
- 3-4+ years of hands-on experience is the minimum
