MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER

Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world, one life at a time.

Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Marketing Project Manager.

You will collaborate, manage, and delegate responsibilities throughout a marketing project’s lifecycle.

What you will do:

• Learn and understand standard operating procedures for marketing campaigns by planning, creating, approving, implementing, and more
• Collaborate, manage, and delegate various responsibilities throughout project life cycles
• Ensure deadlines are met throughout project life cycles
• Do market, competitor, and internal research to improve campaign performance according to KPIs
• Analyze and report on previous campaigns
• Handle general managerial tasks, including schedule management, assisting team members, updating documentation, and more

• Leadership and/or managerial experience
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Proficiency in task management programs like ClickUp
• Copywriting skills
• Graphic design skills
• Data analytics skills
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, ideally email marketing

Pay: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
