Salary: 2.33/Hour + Tips

Mezzanine is an innovative restaurant in Egg Harbor from the creators of Tine & Cellar and Mikey’s in Central Wisconsin. With deep roots in Door County, the food and beverage program feel native to the area with an elevated twist. Individuals holding this title will be responsible for exceptional guest service via the direction of the Restaurant Manager. Employees in this position will be required (but not limited) to performing the tasks listed.


  • Provide exceptional guest service
  • Answer phone per restaurant needs and guidelines
  • Bus and set tables as needed
  • Anticipate guest needs and address issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Possess a fundamental industry knowledge with the willingness to grow ‘beyond the basics’
  • Possess a full understanding of food menu items
  • Work professionally with fellow employees
  • Maintain scheduling availability as agreed upon during the hiring process
  • Show up on time to scheduled shifts, missing work only in the event of sickness or emergency (proper notice required when applicable)
  • Perform side work and weekly cleaning as defined by the Server Cleaning Guide
  • Perform additional tasks as instructed by any member of management
  • Help fellow employees with any and all tasks as needed
  • Execute thorough open and closes
  • Responsible for accurate shift reporting
  • Greet guests at host stand per restaurant needs


Full-Time/Part-Time | Seasonal with year-round opportunities

Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Positions available


This position could start as early as mid-April 2023, and end as late as October 31st 2023. We also have employment opportunities at other locations for those who wish to relocate after the end of the season.
