Maintenance Manager

Lancaster, Ohio, United States (On-site)

Maintenance Manager

Near Columbus / Lancaster. OH

A mid-sized materials manufacturing company needs a maintenance manager.

“Classic” Maintenance Manager position managing the maintenance/reliability/asset management, personnel and budget management.

Key MUST HAVE Points:

  • Experience managing maintenance/reliability engineering and programs in manufacturing, chemicals, similar
  • Experience with PSM
  • Degree in engineering or similar.

Specifics:

  • Manage the preventative maintenance program on site with a 18 full time personnel
  • Understand a TPM program and understand how to upgrade it - with backing from corporate
  • Integrate an effecitive asset management program with reliability program
  • All medium to long-term planning for maintenance programs; integrate with site manager into capital and ops plans
  • Extensive work with an integrated safety program (PSM based plus a few odds and ends)
  • Upgrading and integrating NDT and related testing programs into reliability and asset management
  • Management of CMMS program; integrate with ERP w/IT support

Skills/Experience/Requirements

  • Must have a 4-year degree in appropriate engineering field.
  • Must have 10+ years of appropriate experience, prefer 5+ in maintenance management.
  • Must have experience with CMMS; can be SAP or other.
  • Must have experience in heavy industry, chemicals, oil/gas, etc, as noted above.
  • Able to work on, in and around an active plant with unique hazards and environment.
  • Is able to work in the U.S. legally and without visa/sponsorship now or in the future.

Base salary of approximately $130k salary, some unique lucrative benefits, bonus. Relocation available.
