What is an Apprentice Technician you might ask??? As an Apprentice Technician with our company, you will have the opportunity to dive deep into the world of construction within our 3 branches: Diagnostics, Coatings, and Carpentry division. You will have the unique opportunity to develop upon your investigative eye in the diagnostics division looking out for those villainous spores and dry rot that assault our homes. You will also be able to brush up on those paint skills and learn what it really takes to acquire the artisan mindset within our coatings division. Last but surely not least, you’ll learn what it really takes to deliver a “WOW’ experience in our carpentry division utilizing the utmost precision to develop clean cuts and build our client the deck of their dreams!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough investigation of the exterior of the home, looking out for damage from the elements and pesky substrates
• Operate specialized washing equipment to ensure the exterior of the home is completely rid of any dirt, dust, or grime.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling in holes and cracks
• Mix paint and other finishing materials to the correct consistency and color
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes utilizing brushes, rollers, and spray equipment with the finest touch.
• Measuring and cutting wood, metal, or other materials using hand or power tools such as saws, chisels, and drills with the utmost precision
• Joining materials together using nails, screws, or glue to build and or repair structures
• Strictly follow safety procedures at all times
• Interact with clients to ensure their needs and preferences are met
