Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in finding the parts they are looking for, including answering questions, educating on product usage, and providing advice for maintenance and installation.
  • Manage inbound parts calls.
  • Provide service technicians with parts as required.
  • Use parts knowledge to assist other team members.
  • Process customer purchase orders and requests for quotations.
  • Generate PO’s as required to procure items in support of parts sales.
  • Provide customers with product and delivery information.
  • Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items.
  • Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery.
  • Ability to generate quotes to customers with pricing and lead time details.
  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
  • May be required to support ERP part numbering and standardization efforts.


Job Requirements: 

  • High School diploma or the equivalent.
  • 1-3 years’ experience.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volume.
  • Excellent and confident customer support skills and positive disposition.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to use common MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Access.
  • Prior experience with an ERP system is a plus.
