Billing Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team. The Billing Clerk will be responsible for creating invoices, processing payments, and resolving billing issues. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities:
1. Generate and send out invoices to customers.
2. Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
3. Reconcile billing statements and resolve any discrepancies.
4. Communicate with customers to address billing inquiries and issues.
5. Assist with month-end financial reports.
6. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in billing, accounting, or a related field.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and billing software.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Strong communication and customer service skills.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
