NANNY NEEDED! GREAT POSITION FOR AN EXPERIENCED NANNY!
A family in Upper Marlboro, MD is looking for a kind and energetic nanny to provide exceptional care for their family. The family has two sons, however care will be focused on the youngest son, who is 7 months. A successful candidate will play a pivotal role in nurturing the infant's growth and development while also assisting with various household tasks to ensure smooth operations for the family. Care will be Thursday evenings, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday evenings. Totalling 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and engaging care for the 7-month-old son
Assist with household chores including meal preparation, kitchen organization, and tidying up children's rooms
Reorganize kitchen shelves and maintain overall cleanliness and organization
Support with infant care tasks such as feeding and bathing
Monitor the child's safety and attend to his needs throughout the day
Engage the child in age-appropriate activities, fostering his cognitive and physical development
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in toddler and infant care
Strong references attesting to your caregiving abilities
Commitment to at least three months time
Proficiency in the English language
Clean criminal and driving record
CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification
Other Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with the family
Organizational skills and proficiency in time management
Safety-conscious mindset and sound judgment in all situations
Flexibility to accommodate and work with the family
